How I work
Flexible support, built around you
Every client and project is different. We can agree how tasks are set, how often we communicate and whether the work is best handled hourly, as a defined project or as ongoing support.
I work mainly remotely, which keeps things flexible and avoids unnecessary overheads. Where practical, in-person meetings can also be arranged.
For hourly work, time can be recorded so you have a clear breakdown of what has been done.
A SIMPLE PLACE TO START
You don’t need to know exactly what service you need.
Tell me what you’re trying to achieve, what’s taking too much time or what isn’t working as well as you’d like. We can work out the best next step from there.
QUESTIONS
A few things you may want to know
Do you have a minimum number of hours?
No. I can help with a single task, a defined project or ongoing support. We can agree what makes sense for the work you need done.
Can I use your services for a one-off task or a project?
Yes. Support can be arranged for a one-off task, a larger project or on an ongoing basis. There is no need to commit to regular support if that is not what you need.
Do you work remotely or from my office?
Most of my work is carried out remotely, which keeps things flexible and avoids unnecessary travel and costs. Where practical, I can also meet or work with you in person when that would be useful.
How do you charge?
It depends on the work. This may be on an hourly basis, as an agreed project fee or as ongoing support. We will agree the scope and cost before work begins, so you know what to expect.
Are you a Virtual Assistant or a Paraplanner?
My work has evolved over the years. Sandy Nash Admin Support originally specialised in outsourced paraplanning, and that financial services experience still forms part of my background. Today, I provide a broader mix of virtual assistance, business support, web design and development and digital services, tailored to what each client needs.
Are you insured and registered to handle client information?
Yes. Sandy Nash Admin Support is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and has £1 million Professional Indemnity insurance with Hiscox, arranged through PolicyBee. I take confidentiality, data handling and clear working arrangements seriously.
